Fitness Passport Pty Ltd – February “4 weeks free” Promotion

1. Promoter
The promoter is Fitness Passport Pty Ltd ABN 50 118 426 029 of Level 11/323 Castlereagh Street, Haymarket NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).

2. Offer period:
This promotion is available to eligible Employees who apply for a new Fitness Passport membership between 1 February and 28 February 2026 (Offer Period).

3. Eligibility
To qualify for the promotion, an applicant must:
• Be a new Fitness Passport member who does not hold a current or suspended
membership at the time of application; and
• Be a Candidate Member who previously commenced but did not complete an
application and has received a promotional email from Fitness Passport inviting them to participate; and
• Meet all standard eligibility requirements under their Employer’s Fitness Passport Program; and
• Provide any information reasonably required by Fitness Passport to verify eligibility

4. Exclusions
The following individuals are not eligible for this promotion:
• Existing Fitness Passport members (including suspended members).
• Returning members, including anyone who has cancelled a Fitness Passport membership within the last 3 months.
• Any Candidate Member who did not receive the promotional email issued by Fitness Passport.
• Anyone who fails to meet the standard Membership or Employer eligibility requirements under the Fitness Passport Program.

5. Membership start & payments
Eligible members who successfully enrol during the Offer Period will have:
• Credit to the value of 4 weeks membership fee will be applied to your account by 9th March 2026.

6. Access to Facilities during February:
Members may access participating Facilities immediately upon activation. Access is still subject to:
• FP’s standard Member Terms & Conditions; and
• Facility rules, policies and operating hours.

7. One offer per person:
This promotion is limited to one membership per individual and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

8. No impact on ongoing fees:
• The promotion only waives direct debits for the period 1–28 February 2026.
• It does not apply to any other fees, add-ons, Facility charges, or future membership payments.

9. Standard terms apply
All standard FP Member Terms & Conditions continue to apply. Membership remains subject to ongoing eligibility under the Employer’s FP Program.

10. Variation & withdrawal:
FP may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, but such changes will not affect members who have already enrolled during the Offer Period.
