Reporting directly to the National Key Account Manager we are seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager in a hybrid environment – a combination of working from our head office in Rhodes and from home.
This is a pivotal role in the business, as acquiring and maintaining relationships with key Employer partners is one of the key drivers of success for the business. The ideal candidate will be energetic and driven and will have the ability to develop long term and influential business relationships via a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Present, engage and support Employers through all stages of the pipeline and support ongoing relationships with Employers to ensure long-term commitment to the program
- In collaboration with National Key Account Manager, initiate new business strategies and tasks to encourage growth
- Maintain accurate data in the Fitness Passport management system in relation to all aspects of the Employer network
- Create and update new programs in the Fitness Passport system
- Review and update data on market opportunity to ensure ongoing high-quality pipeline
- Present at expos and events to promote brand and grow customer base
- Coordinate events for Employers and manage onsite events for their employees
- Establish and nurture Employer relationships to ensure continued engagement with product
- 3-5 years of sales account management experience working with medium to large enterprises
- Previous experience and accountability for sales forecasting and sales achievement
- Ability to negotiate and manage commercial arrangements with key stakeholders
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills including development of proposals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display integrity
- Strong teamwork ethic as part of a high performing team
- Willingness to travel both within NSW and interstate
- Experience and/or knowledge of the fitness industry would be a distinct advantage
- Experience with membership-based organisation would be desirable (but not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM database would be highly desirable (but not mandatory).
Reporting directly to the National Partnership Manager, we are seeking to appoint a Partnership Manager to join this high performing team.
This is a pivotal role in the business, as support and growth of our Employer Partners, is a key driver of success for the business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business objectives and will champion the client voice in all aspects of their work to create successful, long term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and build strong strategic relationships with an overarching focus on exceptional customer experience and key account management
- Set and achieve sales targets for the client via increased membership growth within agreed timeframes and aligned with the business strategy
- Monitor membership churn and identify opportunities to implement and reduce overall membership churn rates
- Represent Fitness Passport at events aimed at promoting the business’s reputation such as client functions or events, exhibitions and industry events
- Coordinate the development of marketing, promotional or other materials as required with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively develop and execute on plans to improve the quality and efficacy of membership growth and customer satisfaction related processes
- Develop forecasts and track Employer account metrics
- Monitor and analyse membership uptake and retention rates
- 3-5 years of account management experience working with medium to large enterprises
- Experience with Freshsales or other CRM Systems
- Previous experience and accountability for sales forecasting and sales achievement
- Demonstrated experience for preparing and reviewing marketing briefs and materials for successful campaigns
- Ability to develop long term and influential business relationships via a strong focus on customer service

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO, we are seeking to appoint a HR Manager on a 12 month maternity leave contract. This is a stand-alone role with the key purpose of leading the HR function in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from drafting advertisements to onboarding of new employees
- Support leaders in all areas of Performance Management including probationary reviews, annual performance reviews and development plans, and performance improvement plans
- Drive the development, implementation and review of HR policies, processes and procedures
- Support the business to achieve best professional practice with items related to mediation, disciplinary action, informal and formal grievances
- Provide expert workplace relations advice, guidance and end-to-end hands-on case management on all people related matters
- Support managers to conduct training need analysis/skills gap analysis
- Research and provide advice on courses/training programs in line with the employee’s development plan
- Drive the Annual Employee Engagement Survey and quarterly Pulse Survey
- Lead the Social Committee Team to develop a calendar of events and assist in the planning and execution of the events
- Implement a rewards and recognition policy and structure
- Provide expert HR advice to CEO and SLT and act as a consistent point of contact for all HR related enquiries
- Support the leadership team to identify the optimal organisational structure and resourcing options for organisational success
- Prepare all amendments to contract and salary review letters
- Develop and facilitate HR strategic projects as required
- Provide support in the preparation of the annual Salary Budget
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional time management skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience in interpreting Australian Employment Law and relevant framework ( Fairwork, WHS, Modern Awards)
- Ability to identify issues and solve people problems with a high degree of critical reasoning
- Ability to apply ethical principles to sensitive and complex issues
- Effective communication skills in order to manage influential working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and assist in all areas related to people management
