Fitness Passport Pty Ltd – NO CANCELLATION FEE PROMOTION – T&Cs
Promotion Start Date: 28 April 2026
Promotion End Date: This Promotion will remain open until closed by FP in accordance with clause 11.
Provider: Fitness Passport Pty Ltd ABN 50 118 426 029 (“FP”)
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is available to any person who becomes a new Member (whether as the holder of an Individual Fitness Passport, Family Fitness Passport, or Additional Dependent Passport) by completing the online sign-up process at www.fitnesspassport.com.au on or after 28 April 2026 and while thePromotion remains open (Promotion Period).
The Promotion is not available to:
a. existing FP Members, suspended Members, or any person who has held a Fitness Passport membership within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of their sign-up;
b. any person who has previously received a free-trial or introductory promotional offer from FP within the past 12 months;
c. dependants or family members of an eligible person, unless they independently satisfy the eligibility criteria in this clause 1; or
d. any person whose employer entered into an Employer Engagement Agreement with FP on or after 28 April 2026.
Each eligible individual may claim the Promotion once only. The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
FP reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or revoke the Promotion if an individual is found to be ineligible, has breached these terms, or has provided false or misleading information.
2. The Offer
An eligible new Member who joins during the Promotion Period (Promotional Member) will receive the following benefits for the duration of their Membership:
a. the 12-month minimum membership term referred to in clauses 3.2 and 5.1 of the Standard Terms is waived, such that the Promotional Member may cancel their Membership at any time; and
b. the cancellation fees set out in the table in clause 5.1 of the Standard Terms do not apply,
(together, the Promotional Benefit).
3. How to Cancel
To cancel their Membership, a Promotional Member must provide FP with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice by emailing [email protected], in accordance with clauses 4.6 and 5.1 of the Standard Terms. Membership fees will continue to be charged during the notice period, and the Promotional Member will have access to Facilities until the end of the final direct debit period.
4. Ongoing Benefit
The Promotional Benefit attaches to the Promotional Member’s Membership from the date of sign-up and continues for the duration of that Membership, regardless of whether the Promotion Period has ended. For the avoidance of doubt, a Promotional Member who remains a Member after the Promotion Period closes retains the Promotional Benefit for as long as their Membership continues.
5. Cancellation and Re-joining
If a Promotional Member cancels their Membership and subsequently re-joins FP, the new Membership will be governed by FP’s terms current at the time of re-joining, in accordance with clause 3.5 of the Standard Terms. The Promotional Benefit will not carry over to the new Membership unless FP is offering the Promotion or a similar offer at that time.
6. Secondary and Minor Members
Where a Promotional Member holds a Family Fitness Passport or Additional Dependent Passport, the Promotional Benefit applies to the Primary Member’s Membership. If the Primary Member cancels the Membership in accordance with clause 3 above, all Secondary Members and Minor Members under that Membership will also have their Memberships cancelled. Secondary Members and Minor Members cannot independently cancel under this Promotion.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause prevents a Primary Member from downgrading their Membership type (for example, from a Family Fitness Passport to an Individual Fitness Passport) in accordance with clause 5.2 of the Standard Terms.
7. Suspension
The suspension provisions in clause 5.3 of the Standard Terms continue to apply to Promotional Members. For the avoidance of doubt, the 30-day cancellation notice period in clause 3 above cannot run concurrently with a suspension period.
8. Termination by FP
Nothing in this Promotion limits FP’s rights to terminate a Member’s Membership under clauses 11.1 or 11.3 of the Standard Terms, including (without limitation) for:
a. breach of the Standard Terms or any Facility’s terms and conditions;
b. failure to pay outstanding amounts; or
c. fraudulent or prohibited use of the Membership.
9. Exclusions and Limitations
This Promotion:
a. cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fitness Passport promotion, referral bonus, or discount;
b. does not cover any Facility-specific joining fees, upgrade charges, or additional services offered by third-party Facilities (such as personal training or classes that incur extra cost); and
c. is subject to Facility availability and each Facility’s own operating rules and hours.
10. Standard Terms
Except to the extent expressly modified by these Promotional Terms, the Fitness Passport Australia – Terms & Conditions – Primary Members and the Fitness Passport Australia – Terms and Conditions – Secondary Members (Standard Terms) continue to apply in full to all Promotional Members. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotional Terms and the Standard Terms, these Promotional Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
11. Closure, Variation and Withdrawal
FP may close, withdraw, or vary this Promotion at any time in its sole and reasonable discretion, including (without limitation) by:
a. Removing the Promotion from the sign-up flow;
b. providing notice via the Fitness Passport App, FP’s website, or email; or
c. notifying the relevant employer’s Fitness Passport Facilitator.
Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise defined in these Promotional Terms, capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Standard Terms. These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with FP’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.fitnesspassport.com.au/privacy-policy/.

14. Acceptance
By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. you have read and understood these Promotional Terms and Conditions;
b. your participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Promotional Terms and Conditions;
c. this Promotion may be closed by FP at any time without advance notice, and no person has a right to join under this Promotion after it has been closed; and
d. upon registering for a Fitness Passport membership through this Promotion, you will also be bound by FP’s Standard Terms, which apply to all aspects of your Membership following activation.
