Eligibility
This offer is available only to:
- current employees of Sydney Catholic Schools with a valid work email address; and
- individuals who have not previously held a Fitness Passport membership within the past 12 months; and
- new members who register for a Fitness Passport membership between 15 October 2025 and 14 November 2025 inclusive.
- Each eligible individual may claim the offer once only.
- The offer is not available to dependants or family members unless they are also employed by Sydney Catholic Schools.
- The offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Offer
Eligible new members will receive two (2) weeks of free membership from the date their Fitness Passport membership is activated.
After the free period ends, standard weekly membership fees will automatically apply in accordance with FP’s standard Membership Terms and Conditions, unless the member cancels prior to the end of the free period.
Cancellation During Free Period
Members may cancel their membership at any time during the two-week free period by following the cancellation process described in FP’s Membership Terms and Conditions.
If cancelled before the end of the free period, no membership fees will be charged.
If cancellation occurs after the free period has ended, regular membership fees will apply for any period after the free trial.
After the Free Period
If the membership is not cancelled before the end of the free period:
- billing will automatically commence at the standard weekly membership fee applicable to the member’s chosen membership type; and
- all ongoing membership terms, including any applicable minimum term, suspension, and cancellation rights, will apply as set out in FP’s Membership Terms and Conditions.
Exclusions and Limitations
This offer:
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fitness Passport promotion, referral bonus, or discount;
- does not apply to existing FP members, suspended members, or anyone who has previously received a “free-trial” or introductory offer within the past 12 months;
- does not cover any Facility-specific joining fees, upgrade charges, or additional services offered by third-party Facilities (such as personal training or classes that incur extra cost); and
- is subject to Facility availability and each Facility’s own operating rules and hours.
FP reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or revoke the offer if an individual is found to be ineligible, has breached these terms, or provided false information.
General Conditions
- FP may amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice in its sole and reasonable discretion.
- The promotional period and eligibility dates are strictly applied.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- The Membership Terms and Conditions continue to apply to all memberships and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these promotional terms.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with FP’s Privacy Policy
