Leanne will speak to her own research surrounding increasing physical activity in people living with disability, specifically: training fitness and mobility in people after severe traumatic brain injury, as well as using technology to improve mobility and physical activity in people undertaking rehabilitation.

Acushla will give insights on this topic from an occupational therapist perspective and also provide motivations from her experience as a wellness coach.
